I think she wasn't attracted to Kyle, physically. I think she was hiding behind the "being a Christian is SO important to me" because she did things I certainly don't associate at ALL with being a good Christian. She takes a lot of pride in her looks, and being physically admired. My guess is she thought she was coming off great and wanted to continue that. Highly doubt she realized how awful she came across during the filming, but realized it after the show aired and she could see herself, based on how much crow she ate at the reunion.

For the record, you can't see Botox. Unless somebody completely freezes their face into a mask, there is literally no way to tell. She most likely has been doing Botox for years, very little. That's when it is most effective.
