Why aren’t Democrats expelling Menendez? They all know he’s corrupt as hell. They already have a mountain of evidence.

Why aren’t Democrats expelling Menendez? They all know he’s corrupt as hell. They already have a mountain of evidence.

Menendez has his very own thread where you can find out more about that. Hint: no Republican except for Mitt Romney has said he should be expelled, while a whole bunch of Democrats have.

BREAKING: The highest ranking Democrat in New Jersey politics has been indicted for running a criminal enterprise to benefit himself & others. According to the indictment, George Norcross, his brother Philip, and four other Democrats are charged with first-degree racketeering

“Norcross Enterprise used its power and influence over government officials to craft legislation tailored to serve the interests of the enterprise... [they used this power to acquire] property and property rights through coercion, extortion, and other criminal acts.”

In one instance cited in the indictment, Norcross is said to have threatened in 2016 a developer who would not relinquish his rights on Norcross’s terms, by telling him he would make sure the developer never did business in Camden again.

“I will f--- you up like you’ve never been f---ed up before,” Norcross allegedly told the developer. When the developer asked Norcross if he was threatening him, Norcross allegedly said: “ABSOLUTELY.”

A former Illinois lawmaker will spend a year in federal prison for tax offenses.

On Friday, 62-year-old Annazette Collins, a former Democratic member of the Illinois State Senate and House of Representatives, was sentenced to one year in federal prison for under reporting and failing to file federal income taxes, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Illinois, Collins

According to prosecutors, Collins, who was convicted in February, willfully filed a false individual tax return in 2014 and 2015 and willfully failed to file an individual income tax return in 2016 on behalf of her consulting and lobbying business, Kourtnie Nicole Corp.

In addition to her prison sentence, Collins was also ordered to pay $110,852 in restitution.

According to the Associated Press, the case is one of several that stemmed from an investigation into former Illinois House Speaker Michael Madigan.

The highest paid judge in Georgia

A little background on this POS judge, shamefully from my county.

When she was elected in 2020 one of the first things she did was demand more pay before she was ever sworn in, the previous probate judge was paid $95K/yr, she demanded $175K/yr plus an additional $340K/yr so she could pay her entourage for additional staff. Her argument for the additional pay was that she was an attorney and the previous judge was not.

In the first 2 years of her term she was charged with 50 counts of violating the Georgia code of Judicial Conduct.

Her HOA had sued her and won garnishment against her for non-payment of HOA fees

She solicited donations via cashapp on Instagram while a candidate using a picture of herself with her boobs hanging out, in her profile she described herself as "Judge Elect".

There is more but this is enough. This is why she was removed as a judge, not the felony assault on a police officer. Hopefully the assault charge will land her in jail
