Sucks to be you then. It’s fascinating stuff!

Jon Benet Ramsey still intrigues me.

Sucks to be a person who doesn't feed off the misery of others?

Andrew Gosden. 14 year old in the UK who skipped school one Friday in September and took a train to London by himself--only bought a one way ticket--and has never been seen since. So weird.

Madeleine McCann

no one cares, you're not better and you don't get an award for not liking something many people do

Pick me! Pick me! Pick me!

It’s not confirmed whether it was an accident or a crime - there are two camps - but the disappearance of Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon in Boquete, Panama in 2014. They were Dutch tourists and were hiking on a jungle path when they went missing. There are some creepy details to the case and several holes that make both the accident theory and the crime theory flawed, so I guess we’ll never know for sure.

Ha, I both agree with this and also want to know what happened to the Murdaugh family in South Carolina, because vigilante justice is so fascinating.

No one else here for the Murdaugh family case? It's recent, it involves rich people who get away with things, a photo of a blond mom in a fur coat, power, lawyers, old money, hating on the South -- how is not winning DCUM bingo.

Not to mention that sometimes crowdsourcing crime investigations yields helpful information.

The "Murder in Illinois" podcast about Christopher Vaughn and the murder of his family.

Or ruins innocent people's lives, with death threats and false reports to their employer. But keep on keepin' on.

I still think about Amy Bradley.
If there are any updates to this case let me know.

It's so frustrating - the sightings in the mall bathroom and brothel not reported straight away. The cruise ship worker.
There was a bogus PI involved too which just wasted the parents time.

Anyone else know about this case - what are your thoughts?

Exactly! If it wasn't for the Your Own Backyard podcast renewing the interest in the Kristin Smart case, the police wouldn't have done another investigation push and Paul Flores nor his father would have been arrested.

I am now! Can’t believe the father has just been shot as well. Heading over to Websleuths to try to get to the bottom of this.

I don’t know if you are still around and interested in discussing Amy’s case? I spent the last few days on Websleuths reading up and there were some interesting interactions over there. I think you have to be a member to read her discussions(which are now closed).

The newest FBI links no longer show pictures of the individuals she was supposedly seen with. Wonder if that means the witness sightings were debunked or they are just going back to the beginning?

I found another website written by someone who seems to be the previous Verified Expert from Websleuths. They have “wall of shame” posted which is interesting and includes the bogus PI:

Let me know what you think!

There were folks blaming Amy and her family on Websleuths. It seemed really odd as if there was a hidden agenda. Websleuths is victim and family friendly, so the worst posts were removed. From the link above:

“It's tragic that three or four people with various names and at various forums have focused on attacking Amy Bradley and her family. I personally believe there is a nefarious motive behind these activities. The negative campaign began when I was posting as the VI at Websleuths, and it has continued. A tremendous volume of false information has been posted and many people unfortunately now believe the inaccuracies. This has been a disruption to and interference with Amy's entire case. I do believe this has been intentional. I do believe that at least one member of this small group may be connected to persons involved with Amy's disappearance. I do believe there is a connection to a person who posted false information when Natalee Holloway disappeared. In addition to forum disruptions, this group has frequently sent misinformation to the Bradley family. Their identities are known and their activities have been reported to the FBI. Members of this small group use what is known as a VPN which enables them to have multiple IPs and numerous registrations at any given website”

I still am wondering if the Moab Police have any good leads on those two women who were shot to death while camping out in the small desert town….
