| California family hikers. A friend of mine was friends with them and we also are a biracial couple that lived in the Bay Area so it seems especially creepy. |

+1 I live in San Diego where Maya also lived & cannot help but be intrigued by her disappearance. Her husband (person of interest in the case) is acting a little shady to me. He owned a huge gun collection and neighbors in her area heard multiple gunshots the evening she mysteriously disappeared. I think the cops know the husband likely murdered her but are possibly gathering the evidence required to ensure a successful conviction. |
