Other then the person recommending fasting, I haven’t heard any “disorder” advice. Just to keep up the walking, add some strength training and eat healthy. You, on the other hand, admit to eating “like nuts” or “crazy”, perhaps you are the disordered one? |

I hope I don’t get attacked for my comment, but it’s VERY hard to lose/ maintain the weight in the USA if your body cannot burn the ultra processed and genetically modified produce —whether organic or not.
I lose 30-40 lbs in about 2 months when I’m overseas. Unfortunately, once I’m back, the pounds start adding on even on a 1200 calorie/day diet with nearly no carbs and sugar. If I consume the latter regularly, I’ll probably be over 300 lbs. in no time. |

What you want to avoid are fad diets or any radical change that will be unsustainable.
Eat a little less. Eat more whole foods and less refined stuff esp sugar and carbs. Keep up the walking. Maybe add in a bit of jogging or strength training. Whatever you do make it part of your life. That’s the way to lose weight and keep it off. |

Produce is fine here and the GMO comment is deranged. GMO food is fine. Don’t let deranged scaremongers get to you. The world has been genetically modifying foods for years with selective breeding and cultivation from cuttings.
Just eat “food” and reduce refined and processed stuff. |
Agree with this. It's shocking how much weight I lose effortlessly when I move abroad. I even eat more, not less. |
