Doesn’t Southern CA get its water from the Colorado River? Which presents its own challenges, but I don’t think NorCal supplies water to southern Ca.


Yes, and San Diego county has its own desalination plant which also supplies water to the region.

I think the agribusiness in California will move elsewhere, and I predict a lot will relocate the southeast. It can't be profitable with all the droughts.
