I'm not being cute at all. I have one as a person who had my colon partially removed. There are a bunch of people at my docs office with the same. You can stop being a jerk. There are many reasons for tattoos. You don't own them. Grow up.

I work in healthcare and don't comment on the tattoos of others, even when they choose to put them in public/easily viewed area. None of my business.
