Disney apparel and accessories on adult women

Completely weird outside of Disney.

I did one of their half marathon races once, and will wear the race t-shirt to the gym or for a run. But wearing Disney clothes out and about as a grown person... odd. For the life of me I don't understand adults who are super into Disney

None are subtle and cute. They are cheesy. But no worse than DH’s old band t-shirts. Wear what you want and what you like without caring.

No, many are subtle and cute. See as examples some items from Disney x Coach and Disney x Lesportsac.

I’m also in the camp of life is too short to care what other people think and you should wear what makes you happy. I don’t think I own any disney wear and am not a big t shirt person in general. I did see this dress at the disney park store and was sort of tempted both because it looked like a cool comfy summer dress and also because I totally love the movie UP and the messages in it (this is a reseller—I think they only sell this officially in the park):

I also thought this enchanted tiki room sundress was pretty cute when I was at the disney store at DL:

Some of the stuff is sort of fun and whimsical. Sadly I don’t live a life where I have places to wear fun whimsical stuff but I sort of wish o did have someplace to wear a green cotton sundress with parrots on it!

Who GAF? You're a walking corporate billboard paying extravagant sums of money for the privilege not matter if you wear Disney crap or LV/Hermes/Prada/Gucci/Chanel/Fendi/Dior/or Versace.

I agree that any corporate or branded depiction on clothing that's subtle, or humorous, or really beautiful, is completely fine.

Nothing looks "too young" on anyone.

What on earth would you judgy people think of the Sanrio store in Tokyo, where you can buy household goods and men's clothing, among the more traditional Sanrio items, with more or less subtle Hello Kitties or other Sanrio characters on them???

I bought a tie there for my father. It was good quality blue silk, with a barely there tiny Hello Kitty outline in the same color. He loved it. He is a straight, socially conservative, Japanese man.

So take your preconceptions and prejudices elsewhere.

As a fan of the Disney parks and an adult, I wholeheartedly agree.

Marvel Cinematic Universe. Like Avengers, Spider-Man, WandaVision

Now owned by Disney.

Life’s too short to care what a bunch of uptight fuddy duddies think. Wear what makes you happy!

I think this is what bothers me about it. That something so corporate, so packaged, so sanitized, so childish is embraced by adults. I dearly wish that we as a culture embraced adulthood instead of calling adults “uptight fuddy duddies.” It’s just arrested development and a brand in lieu of a personality.

I personally do not care what you are wearing. Life is entirely too short to waste time complaining or judging what others choose to put on.

I really don't see anything wrong with that. It beats someone wearing a t-shirt with a celerity name or face on it. That is ultra creepy for me. Those concert T-shirts (with the band's face) have always bugged me. I buy them to remember a special concert I have gone to with friends, but would never wear them out of the house.

Curious what people think of men who wear Disney.
