Current players, not those outside the club. There was a ton of kids at tryouts, more than three full rosters worth. |

Yeah. It gets tough in older age groups for Clubs if they are a destination Club (an ECNL or GA or MLSnext)—a lot of new talent starts trying out which pushes existing players down...and carries down the pipeline. It happens a ton late MS/early HS years. It’s the way the pipeline to the top works. For the Clubs the players leave, it’s the opposite—existing players will get a promotion. |

Not usually, after U12 they have ECNL, Green and White. The ECNL kids were largely not at tryouts as they already received their offers. They were told they could go if they wanted more touches. I supposed they could add on a Gold team but given the White team doesn't even have a coach yet...
