Am I a helicopter parent? How to relax with free roaming toddlers??

OP it’s a difficult time. I don’t think you can be a helicopter mom of kids that age. My 3 year olds would run into the street if they felt like it. And my 1 year old would climb out a window. So you have your work cut out for you. Parks with a good fence or preschool was a help for me.
