How often do you wash hands?

At work (nurse i hospital), after using restroom, before and after cooking (and in between if touching raw meat). Everyone in my house is the same. We rarely get sick. I couldn't tell you the last time any of us have had anything other than a mild cold (probably 6 years ago when DS brought a 24 hour bug home from preschool). It's been over a year since DH or DS have had a cold and its been about 6 months for me.

Rare hand washer here. I wash my hands if they’re visibly dirty, sticky or just feel grimy or gross. I try to remember before cooking for other people. After handling raw meat. In a public restroom if anyone is around to judge me.

That’s pretty much it. I’m gross and don’t think I’m superior in any way! I just have ADHD and forget/can’t be bothered. I never get sick, but I attribute that to a genetically decent immune system and not having daycare/school-aged children, who are disease vectors.
