Tonsil Stones

I do get more when I'm congested. And I do have some stomach troubles. This guy was well past retirement age and was adamant that it's a stomach problem, not a tonsil problem.

Maybe for some people but I have stones and take a PPI and STILL have stones.

PPI was part of the recommendations, plus dietary changes in the evenings. No chocolate, tomato sauce, OJ, alcohol, etc. Plus sleeping with headed partially elevated. Can't recall the rest of the protocol.

I use to use a hairpin to get them out. Thank goodness I had my tonsil out.

i can't even see mine! dentist just says they're there. but i could never 'get them out' - i'd throw up if i poked at tonsils. I need to go to ENT and hope they have laughing gas.
