He did something. He did break his jaw so he may have had surgery to correct it, or he just had plastic surgery cuz he wants a new look.

| People should just leave this poor beautiful boy alone. Either he did something and I’m sure he regrets it or doesn’t look like the 18 year old he once was, or he didn’t and it’s just an unflattering picture or the result of a health problem. He still looks hotter than 90% of DCUM and I would never kick him out of bed for eating crackers. |

Interesting. I was just watching Hairspray and in one scene I was like, wow Zac Efron is really tall. It's sad if he felt the need to do this.he was absurdly, rarely good looking. |

Yes I agree. With or without plastic surgery, he has a very handsome face. He is hands down better looking than the fuggos I have dated in the 1990s and early 2000s. Thanks and bye. |

| I would not wish a Hollywood life on my worst enemy. There are so many beautiful people who have ruined their looks through plastic surgery in the hopes of looking better. He is a handsome man whether or not he did plastic surgery but he did not need it if he did. |
