| Steroids alone can do this--puff up the lips, widen the jawline, etc. And given the overall puffy look to his face, I'd be inclined to guess steroids, not surgery or derm procedures. |

I don’t think it’s vanity. He was a Disney child star. He’s had addiction issues and now appears unrecognizable due to plastic surgery. Do the math. That business destroys people. Very sad. |

Any examples? I agree that steroids can definitely change the look of a face. (I assume that’s largely why Kumail Nanjiani looks so different these days.) But, as someone who has had work done, it looks to me like he’s had work done. And the work doesn’t look good. |
