Villanova?

Of course villanova is gonna have a primarily white student body. It's a religious catholic school. Why would you expect different?

Is loyola different? Notre dame? Boston College?

You're basically complaining that black people don't practice catholicism. It's just the way it is. You gonna complain BYU is all white too? I wouldn't expect a ton of diversity at BYU because: a)it is a Mormon school, and b) mormonism is overwhelmingly practiced by white people.

Good grief, not everything is always about diversity. I'm sure not many white people would attend a school for buddhists either.

There are indeed black Catholics. Also Hispanic Catholics. Also Filipino Catholics. Also Brazilian Catholics. And on and on. Lots of potential diversity. And a catholic school can indeed have diversity as evidenced by Georgetown and LMU.
While diversity may not matter to your white a**, it matters to a lot of people, especially in the context of today’s current events.

100% agree on the last sentence. Why though? They must feel intimidated by all the wonderful schools close to NOVA. Think, Brwn Marw, Swarthmore, Haverford, Penn.....they are more closely aligned with Temple (actually Temple has a better business school for sure).

The older alumni graduated when it was a much less academically rigorous school. It was a place to fall back on when you flunked out of somewhere else and went back home. For that group, it stems from massive insecurity.
