You want them to spend the money on fancy videos vs. school needs? I thought it was cute how it was done including the kids too. But, the mix of the superhero and pharaoh made zero sense.

Month of Nisan (eg the Jewish calendar month in which Passover is situated) begins in a few days. I think poster was referring to that.

So I was not aware of this recent imagery being used this way. But looks like it has received considerable news coverage... enough to think it is probably unwise for a black head of school to dress as a pharoh as a super hero, or at least issue a mea culpa now that he is aware. We just finished the holiday of Purim. Children dress as the good guys and the bad guys. No one of sane mind thinks that this principal is trying to enslave Jews.
