Can I lose weight using Peloton

You can't outrun a fork. That being said, the Peloton is great exercise, and so convenient.

Losing weight is 90% diet.

That said, love my Peloton and get great regular exercise with it. Not great for losing weight, but great for cardiovascular health.

Yes why not, cycling classes like Peloton can burn around 400 to 1,000 calories an hour. So, as long as you maintain a calorie deficit between a healthy diet and exercise, working out with Peloton classes can definitely lead to weight loss.

I am running 15-20 miles a week, spinning 3-4 times, doing 3-4 strength workouts a day (all Peloton app based) and doing some extra yoga, walking. I have lost 40 pounds so far, 25 pounds since November, roughly 2.5 pounds a week. I also do IF and try to eat higher protein lower carb but I don't have it in me to do hardcore calorie counting. I know diet makes most of the weight loss but I am burning lots of calories each day which has really helped with weight loss and improved my body fat percentage, muscle mass etc.

Must be nice to have all this time !!! I get up, get ready, work 10 hours, come home, chores, bed.

Why do you work 10 hours and do chores? Are you living paycheck to paycheck? If not, this is on you. You can choose to work 9 hours once a week and exercise both weekend days. You could choose to ask your partner to take on extra chores once a week. You can pay someone to do your chores once a week. You could defer your chores once a week. You can get kids, if you have them, started on the chores.

You can say you can’t, but in the end your health is your life. You are only screwing yourself.
