Nora and Tess are two of my favorite names. I don’t think that either of them goes with Phoebe, which doesn’t really matter IMO but seems to be an issue for you. I’d stick with Zoe.

No, I don’t think this is right. Ursula was a character on MAY and then when Kudrow was cast as Phoebe on fellow NBC show Friends, they decided to make the show universes crossover through Phoebe/Ursula. NBC loves these kinds of crossovers for marketing purposes. But Friends was not a spin-off (how would you spin off a show out of a small recurring character who then only appears in the spin-off sporadically?).

It wasn't exactly a spin off, but Phoebe on Friend's had a twin named Ursula who worked as a waitress in NYC--at the restaurant that the MAY characters always went to.

So yes, Ursula, Monica, or Rachel. Nothing else will do!!
