Pompeo was in Madison on the 21st, escorted by Reince Priebus; Trump and Pence have been the WI outbreak areas several times over the last three or four weeks.

It’s no surprise Johnson has it. He said he quarantined in WI earlier in September before going back to DC because he was notified he had been exposed.

If he didn’t get it through the community spread in WI, maybe someone in the RNC/Trump campaign gave it to him.
