flouride supplements

New research indicates that topical fluoride from water, toothpaste is sufficient. You do not need a prescription- not efficacious. My children's pediatric dentist told me about this.

Our spring water is tested monthly by the EPA and a report is available to consumers.

You know what's tested multiple times daily to EPA specifications? Your municipal water supply.

You know how you get rid of chlorine taste? A Brita filter.

I hear you, but if you tasted this spring water, you would know. It is just a different world. It's amazing. It's like tap water is not real water. It's like the difference between a summer tomato straight out of your garden and a winter tomato flown up from Florida. It's just not the same thing.

Okay, but you never answered questions about what magical spring is tested by the EPA and bla bla bla which makes me think you're trolling.

Oh, sorry, I ignored the question about which spring because I don't live in DC. But you can find a spring on this website: https://findaspring.com/ I think that website lists all springs, not just ones that are EPA tested.

Spring water tastes better sometimes bc of the minerals it has. Filtering water takes out most minerals. It takes out some bad stuff too, of course. Not all spring water tastes great or better than filtered or tap, but in some cases it’s much better.

I’d ask a dentist about fluoride. Likely they’re more up to date on what’s best.

I took fluoride supplements daily as a kid. We were living in Europe with no added fluoride in the water.
I grew up to tell about it. Oh, and I became a dentist!

OMG no.... wtf! Fluoride s a toxin, why do you think people pay big money to have it removed from water?

Fluoride is a neurotoxin. It’s okay used topically on teeth, but should not be ingested.
