Deadlifts are so good for your back but they are so easy to screw up. I would only do them with a reputable trainer who works with middle aged or older people, so is sensitive to our needs. My trainer meets me outside in the park and brings his own dumbbells to do deadlifts. I haven't had back pain in 3 years. |
