Arlington. Mine is closed until next Monday. Then plans to reopen.

For places reopening next week, do you think that will actually happen given projections for the region? Do you think they are doing it so they can get tuition knowing many people won't show up (and unlikely they could be fully staffed anyway)?

I think if they do, it will be absolutely ridiculous and that it would be enough that I would give notice because it shows that they don't value my child's safety. And we are being charged full tuition with them being closed, so I think they are just afraid people will stop paying.

I can't see how they will be able to justify it if the projections hold and Arlington has over 250 cases next week.

Arlington. Closed this week and next (they were open through last Friday). I hope they don't reopen April 6 as planned. I feel lucky to be able to telework and stay home with my kids at this time, but not sure my agency will be open to that if they reopen.

Frankly, lady, you’ve already undercut your own supposed point that you CAN’T provide verification. You can but your agency would “hate/despise” it, but they already allow reporting to your doctor. Basically it’s fine, but you are basking in a culture of oh-my-god-we’re-so-important. As you said, tons of people in this area work in national security. I’d be more impressed by you if you were a nurse or an Amazon delivery person in the present circumstances.
