maury parent here very much regretting we did not stop going a week earlier.


The lucky ones will be those who get it early and recover. They'll have immunity and can go about their business.


We don't know how long that immunity lasts and we don't know how permanent the lung damage is. Getting it, or its slightly mutated descendant, in layman's terms, when you have diminished lung capacity from getting it once could be bad. We don't know.
