And get paid, and not lose their health insurance, and make their rent, and purchase their groceries.

Yeah all that and also spread the virus.

I also thought about this which is why we have been leaving all packages untouched for minimum of five days on our back porch. I’ve been picking up packages with gloves or towels. I know it’s not the perfect solution but it’s just what we have been doing. From my understanding, occasional online shopping is the better option for limiting exposure for everyone involved. Especially for a one time deal where parents are in need of educational and entertainment supplies during these odd times.

Do kids still use Wii? Should I get it for my 6 year old and 12 year old as an option to stay busy (in addition to all the non-video game options they have to keep busy)?

We've bought both toys and educational materials, but today purchased two heavy duty tubs to use as outdoor sensory bins for our isolated, paved backyard area. I'll fill them with clean soil, rocks, sticks, toy trucks, and a bucket for water. They come with lids so we can keep the contents clean. After the kids grow out of them, we'll have them for storage.

Our kids are 9mo and 3.5. Our older child is losing it being stuck inside so much. He's also getting a Big Wheel.

Paint by number kits - they even have them for adults.

How about jump ropes? Both for individual and group use. Learn how to do "double dutch" and also learn the rhythmic songs/games to go with it.

Outside chalk - for drawing, hop scotch, etc.

Get some string and learn to do Cats Cradle.

If you've got kids of similar age in the house, try learning hand clap games.
