Dude, I'm not the owner. I just happen to have bought all of our car seats, stroller etc. from them over the years and they were great. Let's see how well you handle things when your business goes under. It gets messy. |
No. What they did is inexcusable. They stole money from people plain and simple and committed fraud. Businesses go under and it gets messy sure, but if they had good intentions at all they wouldn’t have just cut and run. There’s an honest way to do things and this was not it. |

I too am distraught. In November of 2019, I ordered a Dutalier glider chair for my daughter. It was custom ordered and paid $1000 down with the last $1000 due on delivery. It was expected to be delivered in March. I started calling and leaving phone messages and email messages in March and no one answered my calls. Today I called again and see that the number is disconnected. I'm sure the owners knew in November that they were in trouble and took my money anyway. Disgusting. I will file a complaint with my credit card but it is past 180 days of the transaction but not 180 days past expected delivery. |
Did you pay with a credit card? I know it's been 7 months but check with your credit card company if you can dispute the charge. |
