I watched the video. I am not really sure there is any cheating happening. He is wasted and seems barely there and her actions seem more friendly checking in on him than flirty. Neither of them seem that flirty in the video.

Same. He just seems wasted and she seems like she is being polite. I've had friends husbands do weird crap like this when totally drunk, not indicative of an affair.

I am not saying I would be okay with it either but did you watch the video? It isn't as salacious as that written description sounds. Also it was on a public balcony of a public access bar on a main street. Not really the place that famous people who are cheating on their spouses or making moves on costars are going to get it on. They may be touchy feely people and maybe his wife is fine with that. It just doesn't come across as flirtation in the video and he is really drunk. My guess is that Jessica will be more concerned with the public inebriation than with his costar touching his knee or them briefly holding hands in what seems to be a pretty non sexual way.
