I don't think he really even knows what he is doing in the moment. He seems very intoxicated. Good that blond woman who seems to know him well finally gets him off the balcony and out of the public eye.

Read the article. He pulled her hand onto his thigh. He also grabbed her hand at least twice more and kept rubbing it.

He may be drunk, but he is the person with FAR more power, money, and celebrity in this relationship. If she blew him off tonight (although she does seem to be enjoying his attentions), and he got angry with her in the morning - she would be the one fired off that film set by mid-afternoon.
