Errands you can do drive -thru

Love the Starbucks at the Clock Tower!

Good to know about Harris Teeter service. I will definitely be putting that to good use.

The Krispy Kreme in Alexandria (Route 1) has a drive through. Dangerous when that Hot Donuts Now sign is lit up!

Has anybody been through a car wash with a toddler? Did the child like it or was he/she freaked out?

My very calm toddler started crying.

Md on Route 1 in College Park. That one's just inside the beltway. Next time you take the kids to the College Park Aviation Museum, pop off on Route 1 and it's on your right. Wish there were more of them all over the area.

I don't think the Route 1 Dunkin is drive thru.... The one right at the intersection of Cherry Hill Rd? I go there a lot and it's definitely not drive thru.

I go through the drive thru Mr. Wash on Gallows Road with my 2 year old all the time and he LOVES it! Every time we leave, he says "That was so fun!" I have also brought my 9 month and he did cry once, but usually he is OK, especially if his older brother is with him in the back seat and he sees him having fun!

My 3 kids under age 4 became hysterical--it was really bad. It doesn't help that we had humanized our car by giving a name which they have called it since they could ever talk. They thought the machines were "hurting" our car! The youngest ones (twins) got over it when they were 5. Sigh.

LOL, you can hire me to be your hop-outer! I love timing my errand runs to be with my teenager and sleeping children. He gets a Red Bull for his trouble. And thinks he's getting something over on me!
