Has anyone conceived through sperm donation from a known donor? Any advice?

We had to have our known donor go through a cryobank, but I've heard of folks who've gotten clinics to let their known donor donate there if they consider the known donor as essentially an intimate partner. That definitely requires that you've already had inseminations with their sperm (we hadn't), and is probably easier if you're not married to someone else.

Yeah, I mean essentially you'd have to lie to the clinic about the donor being your sexual partner. I guess if you're cool with that it's worth a shot.
