Guilty. Along with Jay.
That said I think given his age at the time of the crime he should get out of jail at this point. |
Yes, I'm not sure about his guilt. I lean toward innocent but the reality is that he never should have been convicted on that evidence to begin with, regardless of whether he is guilty or innocent. |

Innocent
I think it was her boyfriend. Conviction should be overturned, and not retried. |
| Not sure really, but agree that at this point, considering how old he is and how long he's served and the questionable nature of his trial that he should be out. |
|
Innocent.
But I'm not 100%. THere's something funny about all the pot smoking and driving around that he and Jay did. But I do'n think whatever is going on in that area adds up to him killing Hae. But it does mean there's something hinky in the mix. |
| Guilty. The cell phone records plus Jay knowing where the car was plus Jay having no motive to commit the crime whereas Adnan plausibly did. I wouldn't say he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, though. But my hunch is that he did it. |
| Guilty |
| Totally shifty and definitely guilty. Seems a bit dim as well. |
