I don't know. 60/40 guilty, I think.
That said, he's served decades in prison. He's done his time for a crime he may or may not have committed. He deserves to be released. |
True. But Adnan could still be guilty. Any other details to add? |
This, add that the original verdict was based on falsified evidence and should be overturned. |
| I think probably guilty but definitely not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That is a high burden to meet and I don’t think the evidence is close to that. |
| I’m leading toward innocent. |
| Guilty. And I think jay was more involved than what he admitted to. |
| I really think it’s Don. I think Jay is guilty of something and the police used that to use as motivation for him to deliver the suspect. |
| Innocent. |
| He's innocent. I mean even from a statistical likelihood standpoint... a magnant student, football player, prom king randomly killing his exgf, who he got along with, one day after school, and then going back to football practice like an hour later? I mean the story is nutty and the villain a little too sparkly clean. |
|
But if he’s innocent, there’s no optics for a stranger nor Jay or Jen to kill her.
I also find it strange that he so freely shared his phone and car with someone he said he was not close to. |

If not Adnan, Don is the most likely culprit. Then Jay. |
I think Jay is most likely. He had a criminal background, a rivalry with Adnan, has changed his story several times, and has gone on to commit violence against women. |
Agree. Even if Adnan is guilty they never should have gotten a conviction with such shoddy evidence. |
