We have been trying for 7 months. I have never been pregnant ever and I’m wondering if this is a significant issue. has anyone conceived naturally with a tilted uterus before?

Yup I did but miscarried. You’ll be fine. Try different positions. Get preseed and use a soft cup. The sperm will find its way.

Count me in, too. I didn't even know it was tilted until child no. 1. I conceived naturally at 37 and 41 on the first try.

I have an extremely tilted uterus that doctors have commented on throughout my life, and have conceived 3/3 FETs. 1st ended in miscarriage, 2nd is my 18 month old DD, and 3rd is my current pregnancy. The only problems it has caused me is during the actual transfers, when the doctors tend to have a hard time feeding the catheter into my uterus. The reason for IVF was male factor, unrelated to the uterus.

This is completely unscientific and almost certainly untrue, but I secretly harbor the belief that the tilt helps the embryo stick.
