Give the little guy a baby aspirin. Woo-woo medicine isn't going to make him feel better any faster. It will just run its course.
NEVER GIVE A CHILD ASPIRIN. NEVER!! Aspirin can cause Reye syndrome in kids and it’s incredibly serious.

I agree about the woo-woo medicine, but not the baby aspirin. Isn't aspirin not recommended for kids with a fever because of Reye's syndrome?
