On vacation with 15 year old DC and it’s miserable !!

When my 16 year old DS and I went on vacation together last year, we set a rule that he could have 'phone time' for an hour or two a day, but the rest of it we were trying to do things together or at least not be on the phone.
It helped a lot, because he knew he was going to get the downtime he needed. I also let him go off and do things by himself some, even if it was just wander the streets for an hour and see you later. |

| Just leave her alone. If she wants to be in her phone at the pool or beach, let her. But then tell her to put it away at dinner. |
