I am very sorry, OP. Presuming you’ve done all types of testing (genetic, blood clotting disease, killer cells test, etc) and ERAs and ESs, my thought is, and I hope this doesn’t sound insensitive, that you’re just not yet on the right side of the success curve.
If you can financially and emotionally afford to do so, I would absolutely do one more egg retrieval cycle. Depending on how many embryos you wind up with, you should consider trying a different approach. You could do a fresh transfer with an untested embryo(s) and also send some for PGS testing to be used for later FETs. It is just one data point, but after a number of failed FETs I had success with a fresh transfer. Untested. Day 3. Basically, what a lot of doctors say probably won’t result in a baby... yet it did, when other things that were “textbook” for success wound up as fails for me.
