If you google it there are tons of pictures. How long I can hold it varies on how far I put my hands out, but I try to put them at a distance where I can hold it 30-60 seconds.


Ok, so you still don't get it. It's not the picture, but the description of the tension and bracing in your body that matter.


I don’t understand? I thought you were asking how I did extension planks.

I understand how to do RKC planks because I did RKC training. I’m not saying that it’s a bad exercise, I’m saying that RKC has just branded a regular plank as their own exercise.
