So who is going to start a petition requiring Legislators to have some kind of ethical code of conduct that says if they use derogatory words they will be kicked out.

I hate the word, but I lost my capacitity to be outraged by it when many rappers and African-Americans started saying it a lot. The word is either acceptable for public discourse or it’s not.

Just to be clear, in case you are not trying to be funny.....

Lynchburg was named for its founder, John Lynch, who at the age of 17 started a ferry service across the James River in 1757. He was also responsible for Lynchburg's first bridge across the river, which replaced the ferry in 1812.
