So who is going to start a petition requiring Legislators to have some kind of ethical code of conduct that says if they use derogatory words they will be kicked out.

I hate the word, but I lost my capacitity to be outraged by it when many rappers and African-Americans started saying it a lot. The word is either acceptable for public discourse or it’s not. |

Just to be clear, in case you are not trying to be funny..... Lynchburg was named for its founder, John Lynch, who at the age of 17 started a ferry service across the James River in 1757. He was also responsible for Lynchburg's first bridge across the river, which replaced the ferry in 1812. |
