Anyone seen Ozark on Netflix?

Very excited about the 3rd season. I just rewatched seasons 1 and 2 in preparation. One thing that I’m worried about, however, is that I don’t think I saw Wyatt in the season 3 trailer. I adore Charlie Tahan’s portrayal of Wyatt and I will be so sad if he’s not on there. I realize he’s supposed to be at Missouri for college but I still hope he shows up sometime! Can’t wait for the show to start.

OMG I came here to say the same thing! Was NOT expecting that at all. DH and I just wrapped up Season 3 about 30 mins ago.

It took me 3 tries to get through the first season, but I’m midway through the second now and still enjoying.

I just finished the first season. When I found out that the Byrde family made a conscious decision to work for the cartel, it lost any believability it had for me. I'm supposed to believe that parents with young kids choose to work for a dangerous cartel? I had figured that they were somehow tricked into it and then couldn't get out of it. I know reality is suspended on so many shows, but I'm less invested now.

The best shows require a suspension of disbelief. Breaking Bad, etc.

And they drag their kids in to it. At least the acting is incredible. Also with imsi catchers now, no criminal would be using cell phones the way they do. The feds would have everything. It's like watching episodes of Top Chef or the British Baking Show. It's horrifying watching how many times the contestants put their fingers in sauces, cakes, etc and taste w/o washing. Covid has changed everything. I feel the same way when I watch shows like Ozark. It just isn't possible.

It jumped the shark. In reality, the only ending for the family is that they die at the hands of the cartel. Makes it hard to watch.

Ozark is a great show. Really have enjoyed it, but are getting close to finishing Season 3. We watched Hunters as well - good series too. Loved Jack Ryan and Breaking Bad too.

Looking for any recommendations on other shows (on Netflix or Prime) that would be candidates to watch next.
