Anyone seen Ozark on Netflix?

LOVED both seasons. Ruth is my favorite character.
Take a chance on it OP. You won’t be disappointed.

I love it- the family is utterly amoral, which removes most barriers to problem solving.

I love the family. Maybe the mom is becoming a little amoral, but can't say I blame her. And Ruth is my favorite character. That girl is a bada$$! But so vulnerable, too.

I don’t like it that much, especially the second season. Everything so blue in the cinematography and just kind of boring.

I love it. DH and I spent a weekend binge watching it. Can’t wait for season 3.

Saw her in The Americans too. Hopefully her acting career would evolve from that niche teenage role when she fleshes out her resume.

Love this show! Definitely slow and intense, but worth the watch!

eh.....I've seen a lot worse.

That does not mean it's not violent.

I couldn't get past the 1st episode because that was enough for me to know the casual violence was too much for me. I also only did a few episodes of Breaking Bad for similar reasons. I'm weak in my old age and can't stomach it.

Breaking Bad is one of the best shows of all time. I'm finding Ozark to be right up there, too. Violence has its place in certain shows.

Agree. And sometimes I just close my eyes for a few seconds. I can’t imagine missing out on these shows over it.

Ozark is nowhere near as good as BB. The second season was not as good as the first. The lawyer character was so stupid - she acted like the chief lieutenant, not legal counsel. Annoyingly unrealistic.

Still entertaining as hell and I may watch the 3rd season.

Anyone know when Season 3 comes out? Google says fall 2019, which was wrong. I miss it!

+1 Very similar, except Walt never gets caught until the end. In Ozark, Marty does, but how he and fam maneuvers out of situations is the thrill.
