| I’ve gained about 3 since Thanksgiving .... workouts have been more inconsistent and my diet has been off. I’ve been back at it these last 3 days and looking forward to making January a healthy month ...... |

Stayed the same. I hadn't weighed myself in a couple of months because my scale ran out of batteries and took a while for me to replace, but weighed myself yesterday and was relieved to see the same weight.
I don't drink anymore (never was a big drinker, but cut it out completely last year after doing a glass of wine here and there for the last few years) so it makes not over eating that much easier (in my 20s when I was hungover I remember finding it very hard to not lay around and eat crappy all day). I have a sweet tooth so tried to just do special desserts - we also have 3 family birthdays between thanksgiving and new years so lots of opps to do cake etc - I balanced out the desserts with trying not overdue it on meals or appetizers. It's definitely a challenge in terms of just being inundated with food for two months. Good luck everyone taking off the weight this month. |
| Down 6 since Thanksgiving. Said goodbye to chips and soda and snacking after dinner. |
| Gained 5. Ugh. Im such an emotional eater-wish I could figure out how to stop with the junk. |
Did you do anything to help you stop eating after dinner? Such as a new habit or hobby? Or was it just simply stopping. I need help with the post dinner snacks and drinks. I enjoy my nightcap a little too much. |
| Same weight but I upped my running around Thanksgiving and am starting to see the results of that (clothes are a bit loose). |
| Gained 4. I expect to lose as soon as I get back to work. I don’t drink alcohol on weekdays when I’m not on vacation and tend to eat healthier. Plus, I get in a lot of steps at work. |
Well the 4 pounds are gone so I guess it was just bloating or something. Still have weight to lose/relose though. |
| Up 3lbs. Going back to IF and only drinking on the weekend. I did keep up with running during th season so I am not as bad as I was a year ago. |
| I am the same, 120. I was up about 2 pounds but it came off pretty quick so I think it was water weight from drinks and salt. I did watch what I was eating and tried to get more miles in but I definitely ate crappier than I normally do. |
| I stayed the same. I have been doing the 21 Day Fix eating plan now so I can drop a few pounds. I am 5'4" and 147 lbs. My goal is to get down below 140 and stay there, which is pretty tough for me. |

Haven’t weighed myself but my clothes aren’t fitting right. I’d guess I’m up 5 pounds. I am back to the gym and I’m eating less as there’s just a lot less food and treats around to tempt me.
Expect to be back where I started by end of the month. |
I'm about the same. Still higher than I'd like to be, but I'm in my 40's and hate dieting, so I'm still trying to figure things out. (I am good at exercising, though, so I've got that going for me.) I didn't have my child for about 12 days over Xmas and I went out A LOT with my friends, so I only really have myself to blame.
