Really, and for this she refuses to answer her parents phone calls for 4 days? The OP says that the parents only called him because she wouldn't answer their calls basically since she left on Friday and they called him on Tuesday. If she wanted alone time or a visit with girlfriends, why wouldn't she answer their calls? It's a cell phone for crying out loud. She can walk into the next room or the bathroom if she's visiting with friends when they call.

NP here, not OP. I am male and started reading DCUM about 2+ years before I had kids. I found the site via Google when researching Real Estate and Job Hunting. I didn't read very much here until we were expecting, but I did read some. There are many topics on DCUM that are not restricted to interests for women or parents. While it is true that 70+% of the audience is female, there is a growing number of male voices here.
