These are the felonies that Cohen named him as the co-conspirator in, right?

Yes, but he cannot be charged and GOP is not interested to check him - house is our only hope.

He can be charged. There is a DOJ policy that he not be charged. But states don’t have to follow the DOJ policy. Then off to the SC we go.

It can be argued that this action defrauded the American public as it impacted the considerations around vote choices prior to the election and thus, the action of a felony causes the occupants of the White House, Trump and Pence, to be illegitimate.

What is a felony? It's unsettled if this amounts to campaign finance violation.

I'll care about this when others acre about Paula Jones getting paid off, or they release the names of Congressmen that have paid off claims, etc.

Per Napolitano, Fox News talking head who is historically very pro-trump:

Indeed, said Napolitano, Trump could face even more legal peril than Cohen over the campaign finance violations, which center on payments made to two women to ensure their silence about alleged affairs with Trump, before the 2016 election.

“He is on their radar screen for paying someone to commit a crime, which in itself is three crimes,” Napolitano said. “It’s the crime, it’s conspiracy to commit the crime and it’s procuring someone to commit a crime. So he’s actually, if all this is correct and they have the evidence for it, exposed to more criminal activity than Michael Cohen.”

Nope, I was told then it was no big deal, so no big deal now either. Liberals convinced me it was not relevant, so congratulations, you changed my opinion on something.

Trump is screwed. Cohen and Nat’l Enquirer both flipped on him on the same day. Pretty soon, Melania and Ivanka and even DonJr will flip too.

Question: Did Monica's blowjob impact a federal election? Because this action definitely impacted votes in the presidential election. That is fraud and Cohen is a convicted felon. Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator of the fraud.

if you can't see that, then that is your problem.

This language was purposely and rightfully stated in the sentencing memo for Cohen, that he "defrauded the American voter" which also applies to Individual 1 in the memo.

This case is very different from Clinton's in that sense, which means Trump is in major legal jeopardy at the state level, SDNY. It is inevitable and impending while he is in office.

He will also face impeachment charges from the House while in office, which will bury him over the next 2 years. All while he scrambles to find a nee chief of staff. At this point, he's a virus to any career-minded operator on the Hill.

After he is out of the oval office, he will face criminal charges at the Federal level.

PP is referring to the reason Clinton was impeached by the house.

Wait wait wait. Clinton paid her money in 1998, long after his last election. This was not hush money to win an election. It was a settlement to end her lawsuit, which was public information.

If you want to argue that they have both mistreated women, point taken. But Cohen didn't plead guilty to settling a lawsuit on behalf of Donald Trump.

I'm waiting for the coming treason charges to go on top of everything else.

Treason is only a wartime charge, so unless DOJ/DOD considers cyber war a war, look more to conspiracy, aiding and abetting, illegal possession of stolen materials, election fraud and things along those lines.

People talk about treason, a legal term, but they really are describing a betrayal of one's country.
