| Will look great on the flatbed heading to the mechanic! |
That's why you have wagons.....although everyone's lust for SUVs has caused manufacturers to ditch most of their wagon offerings. |
Because wagons are hideous. |
You do realize that an SUV in many cases are just a wagons which have been raised an inch, added some cladding to it and voila...its an SUV (and not a wagon). A raised price tag also as you're paying for more metal without getting any extra interior room or benefits (not always but e.g. VW Sportwagen and VW All-Track is the same car. Same with Subaru Outback and Subaru Legacy Wagon......latter which is not sold in the US). Kinda like telling yourself that Superman is a much nicer person than Clark Kent.

LOL! |

Hideous, but then I'm inordinately picky. |
What is the difference between a wagon and a SUV. I like to be higher up so I can see the road better. An SUV is easier with kids lifting them in/out/car seats. A wagon is not as good for having a hitch to carry bikes and other gear for camping. Not everyone uses their vehicles like you. |

No SUVs are cute by definition. No Cadillacs are cute by definition.
That Volvo somebody posted above is hideous, though. |
I've owned SUV's since the early 80's , use them for surf fishing, going skiing and roaming dirt roads in the mountains. Plus I have a job where I have to be at work, no matter what the weather is doing. The big snows, I get to work with no problems. Not everyone fits in your idea's of what other people need. |
I'm with you. I had a Lexus sedan a few years ago and it was the best car I've ever owned. Want another, but the front end is hideous and can't get past it. |
| I hate the front and rear lights. Sorry! |
| The Jeep Compass is cute. The one OP posted is more sporty than cute. |
We test drove a wagon and our SUV. The wagon had considerably less trunk space due to the hatchback and more blind spots trying to see out the back. |
| That’s quite ugly, especially the front and side views. As for SUVs, I like the look of the Tesla X, so that’s what I drive. |
