Not just girls. A first major heartbreak can be extremely difficult on anyone. |

This is really sad. Transplant recipients have to take a small arsenal of anti rejection meds every day. I can't imagine that she is taking illegal drugs on top of all of that.
She is so young to be going through all of this. I'm so sorry to hear that her body may be rejecting the donated kidney. I hope that isn't the case. |
She was in rehab in 2014 and her team worried anytime she was back with Justin as he also struggled to stay off drugs. |

Good for her for realizing she needs help.
Lord knows there are too many people who feel too much shame to get critical psychiatric care, and only harm themselves more by not seeking help. |
No, she admitted during an interview that she still drinks and doesn't care what people think. She has to live a sober life because of her transplant and health issues but won't do it. She ended up in the hospital a couple times recently for having a low white blood cell count. |
| This is her second trip to the insane asylum. Who knows when they will let her out this time? |

Selena Gomez is one of the most prettiest celebrities out there.
And she still looks so young!! Unfortunately she hasn’t always had the perfect life. Her Mother had her at only sixteen years of age & she has had a lot of health issues in her young life. She has lupus + had had to undergo chemo therapy to treat it. Plus she had a kidney transplant a few years ago too which is a huge deal. All the medicines she needs to take to remain healthy have side effects such as weight gain, mood issues, etc. I seriously doubt she is still pining for Justin Bieber. Yes, he was her first, true love but I am sure she can get guys much more better than Justin. She likely is over him at this point. Perhaps she is heartbroken that The Wknd (Abel) is back w/the very stunning Bella. Or that Nick Jonas is engaged to be married very soon to a beautiful Bollywood Star??! Why does everyone assume she only carries a torch for JB? |
Because she has dated him on and off for 8 years? Because they just broke up again this spring. She always went back to him and reports of their breakup a were usually about pressure from family and friends as they aren't healthy for each other, not that she stopped loving him. |
| Will any of the new biologics help lupus? |
People with transplants lead ordinary healthy lives provided they take their anti-rejection medicine daily. Clearly she isn’t doing that, probably because of much rumored substance abuse issues. |
And this here is why there's a stigma associated with mental health issues and why many avoid seeking treatment. |
She had a kidney transplant, not a liver transplant BTW. Wow, you are completely ignorant. Rejection can occur even when a patient follows their prescribed treatment. Especially in autoimmune diseases like lupus, where the disease can destroy a transplanted kidney just like it destroyed her own kidneys. |
+1 |
Yes, but a liver transplant is extremely serious. |
She didn't have a liver transplant...for the 10th time! |
