How many retrievals before you found that one egg?

| 10th retrieval got us our baby who is now almost 2. It was a long road. No diagnosis. Tried Columbia, Shady Grove, and ended up moving overseas so the clinic that worked was overseas. Of the first 10, 1 was ag CFA (BFN), 4 at SG (all BFN), 1 overseas miscarriage, 1 overseas chemical, 1 overseas BFN, and 1 overseas BFP. I think whatever they did overseas was the right protocol for me and it speaks to the importance of trying different protocols, which might mean trying different doctors. |

| What was the protocol? I'm on my 14th cycle now and trying Lupron Stop. I get a ton of follicles, egges, eggs that fertilize, day 3s and then nothing turns into a blast. We have day 4 day 3 transfers. Nothing. We are finally trying conventional vs ICSI....got better results last cycle....3 made it to cavitating and then stopped. This cycle we are nly using 75 of menopur. |
