It doesn't sound like anyone was there but 15:12 from page 1. According to her, this woman sounds like a nuance who had no business cutting in line in front of hundreds of people. If I was standing with my antsy, active toddler and had hundreds of people in front of me, yes, I would be annoyed.

It's silly to speculate anymore about this so I think I'll just step off the thread. It would be nice if we all treated each other with respect - it sounds in this case as if both the folks in the line who made a big deal, and the older lady trying to step ahead of the line, were a bit in the wrong. Hopefully everyone will do better next time.
