How long for PGS results from Igenomix & what were your results?

My results took about 10 days. I was 40 at the time of retrieval and of the 8 tested, 5 came back normal.

So great! Do you recall what your numbers were (AMH, andral follicle count, FSH, etc)?

I figured I'd offer another answer:
1) I believe it was 9-10 days
2) I'm 43.
3) I had two embryos- 1- 4AA; 1-4AB. The 4AA was normal. The 4AB was not. The 4AA was transferred 9/27. In the TWW right now with positive HPTs. Fingers crossed for good news at the beta.

OP here! Thank you and congrats to you too! Keep us posted on your beta!

Meant to say "Great news [to the OP]!"

I have elements of PCOS so I had a higher number of eggs to sift through (27 Retrieved)
AMH = 4.2, AFC = 16 FSH = 5

Posting this because it’s all I googled for during my wait for results. And of course as I wait for FET (taking a cycle off for ERA) now all I can google for is FET success rates for my age, ugh. I am fortunate for these numbers at my age but I know the next step has no guarantees either. Best of luck to everyone.

Age 40 yrs 8 months
FSH = 3, AMH = 4.5, AFC= 33
PCOS symptoms but mild, general problem appeared to be anovulation/long cycles
4 failed IUIs (3 at age 33 and 1 at age 40)
Standard Antagonist Protocol
Retrieved, 23
Mature, 16
Fertilized successfully w/ ICSI, 16
5 day blasts, 6
6 day blasts, 2
7 day blasts, 0
PGS Normal, 3

Took Igenomix 9 days after biopsies sent to them (16 days after retrieval). That surprised me!

Did they send both your 5 day blasts and 6 day blasts in for PGS testing? What’s the timeline for the FET once you get your PGS test results back?

Yes, they sent both the 5 and 6 day blasts in for testing. I don't know yet which are the ones that made it (I've asked 3x and still no paperwork, going in tomorrow and will rattle some cages).

I believe you can roll right into your FET cycle after you get your period after the retrieval. They can put you on birth control pills for whatever time is needed to finish waiting for the results. I only went on for 8 days for the ERA cycle (it's identical to an FET cycle for prep purposes) but that timing was managed around a trip I needed to take. You don't have to wait a long time!

We had 8 embryos from CFA tested with Igenomix last year about this time. It took a week to get the results.
6 out of 8 were normal, and I'm 33 weeks pregnant with our first transferred embryo.
We got 15 eggs, 14 were mature, and 8 fertilized. All 8 made it to Day 5 and were tested.
We had an unexplained diagnosis - but after only a little over half fertilized, my doc thinks that there is some sort of male factor issue going on.....or some issue between my husband's sperm and my eggs that prevented fertilization the natural way. Who knows.
