My 15 year old niece is being tried as an adult for a fight

is it possible for the family of the other girl to sue OPs family for not rehabilitating this girl? Why was she not sent to military boot camp? Prison might be the best place for this girl

I was not aware that family members of the accused were able to set the parameters of the prosecution. Learn something new every day.

Pp here. I really really don’t enjoy being ordered around by a defendant’s family. I try very hard to treat everyone fairly, but OP’s “insistence” would leave a bad taste in my mouth.
