Please don’t use a tampon. It’ll make the problem worse. Definitely see a pelvic floor physical therapist. They have good ones that take insurance in GW and VHC. Don’t run or do anything that will make the problem worse. But an exercise video such as Han it pelvic floor or mutumamas online.

Exercising while not dealing with the issue will only make things worse. The last thing you want is to pee while you sneeze at a meeting.
