Does C2 work

Hmmm maybe this is why DD scored lower on the c2 diagnostic than the PSAT a year earlier!

Larla got 200 more points after prepping with us, come back for more hours type of vibe?

We had a good experience with C2 in Bethesda over the summer. They helped my DC improve their SAT score quite a bit.

Going twice a week ensured that DC was regularly studying and practicing. By the hour, it was a lot cheaper than a private tutor.

Wow, that's a lot of money. Please tell me that are cheaper alternatives!

Khan Academy is free. The College Board's book of released practice tests is about $20.

You can spend as little or as much as you want on SAT prep. We opted to spend zero dollars and that worked out fine.

Try this before you spend thousands on prep. That’s what we are doing. DS (rising junior)is using this for prep over the summer (as well as a Kaplan book). If he isn’t happy with his score in December we will consider paying for prep.

Kaplan isn't as good as specialized books like Erica meltzer, 1600.io, orange book, college panda, studylark, etc.

+100

Our HS holds a mock AcT and a mock SAT. You can see which kid likes/does better and their weak areas.

You need to be smart about strategy so as not to waste time and $.
